FEES
Contingency: We will only refer candidates whom are best matched with your company's requirements. If you hire someone we've presented, our fee is based on a percentage of first year base salary. Our custom designed fees will be determined based on your budget parameters for the level of position or your company policies.
Retained: This plan is for clients that have an immediate need for a sensitive case in which confidentiality is paramount. We serve as your company's direct recruiting resource. Fee percentage is based on the first year base compensation. You pay us one-third to initiate the search, one-third when the candidate
